Founded in 1953, Golden Rule Industries exists to create meaningful vocational opportunities for adults with disabilities โ opportunities that empower individuals, honor dignity, and strengthen our community. We believe in meeting people where they are and supporting them every step of the way. Through inclusive employment, we focus on building confidence, purpose, and personal growth while helping individuals develop practical skills that lead to longโterm independence. Our handsโon programs span janitorial services, retail operations, and eโcycling, giving participants realโworld experience and a chance to thrive in roles that match their strengths. We also operate three secondhand retail stores โ located in Muskogee, Wagoner, and Tahlequah โ where team members gain valuable customerโservice and workplace skills in supportive, empowering environments.
