We offer a variety of vocational programs - all designed to support independence. When you support us, you’re helping create pathways to purpose & possibility. Founded in 1953, Golden Rule Industries exists to create meaningful vocational opportunities for adults with disabilities — opportunities that empower individuals, honor dignity, and strengthen our community. We believe in meeting people wh

ere they are and supporting them every step of the way. Through inclusive employment, we focus on building confidence, purpose, and personal growth while helping individuals develop practical skills that lead to long‑term independence. Our hands‑on programs span janitorial services, retail operations, and e‑cycling, giving participants real‑world experience and a chance to thrive in roles that match their strengths. We also operate three secondhand retail stores — located in Muskogee, Wagoner, and Tahlequah — where team members gain valuable customer‑service and workplace skills in supportive, empowering environments. Everything we do is guided by respect, integrity, and a deep belief in every person’s potential. Golden Rule is more than a workplace — it’s a place where people grow, contribute, and belong.
