Goodwill GoodGuides Youth Mentoring - West Michigan Through the use of trusted mentors, the program helps these young people develop essential career plans and skills for their future.

The program, known as Goodwill GoodGuides®, is geared toward 12- to 17-year-olds who face such risk factors as: school failure, juvenile delinquency, family violence, and other challenges. If we can keep, or get, these youth on the right track now, they will be less likely to face even greater hardships down the road.
