Thats a wrap on the 2026 Season! Thank you to all that came out this summer or supported us this summer. It was a great season! We look forward to next season!

We finished the season out giving rides to some of the volunteers from the LST 393 as they wrapped their 2026 season up as well.

Jack Babcock is one of the PBR Veterans that came out to see us last weekend. He was one of the first people down to the dock. We spoke for a bit. I offered him a ride on the PBR. I asked him to sign the boat, which he did. Later in the weekend I was approached and given his black beret that he wore in Vietnam. I was very honored. For the time being it is in a fireproof safe but we will even actually have it out on display as a tribute to him when we get our own building.

Dan Boelens, a Vietnam Veteran who served with the 4th Infantry Division brought his family out to see us this week. We took them for a ride out to Lake Michigan.
