Today we celebrate the 10th anniversary of our leader and CEO, Jill Bonthuis!

For nearly four decades Jill has dedicated her career path to supporting people with disabilities and aging adults, allowing her to see firsthand where systems work well and where they fall short. Her desire to create solutions, remove barriers, and develop new opportunities are what brought her to Pioneer Resources 10 years ago.

Jill is inspired by the challenge of balancing the business needs of the organization with the needs of people. She enjoys finding innovative paths forward that promote growth while staying focused on our mission.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband Allen, their six children, ten grandchildren, and their beloved Shih Tzu, Tristan. She enjoys traveling, bike rides, and time at home on the family farm where she grew up.

When asked what she's most grateful for, Jill points to the people who make our mission possible: our dedicated team, Board of Directors, and the community members who continue to support the work of Pioneer Resources.
