Are you possibly interested in becoming an EMR or EMT? NOW is the time! WHY? Because the EMR class is being held in Blue River starting August 17. 1 Nite a week - virtual lecture, and 1 Nite a week - Wednesdays - 6 - 9pm - in person for skills training. When you hear or see the Muscoda EMS ambulances, do you wonder how many calls we respond to in a year? 2025 - we responded to 460 calls. That's 38 calls a month or 1.26 calls a day!

🚑 Happy EMS Week! 🚑 When you see these men and women —— say thank you for their commitment to serving their community when in time of need. The training, meetings, on call hours, calls in the middle of the nite, during a meal, when in the shower, and the missing and rearranging of their appointments, errands, activities due to making sure that we have a “crew” available at the dial of 911. This is DEDICATION!!! A BIG THANK YOU to the Richland County United Givers for their Donation. Please support the United Givers in their annual fund-raising efforts. They are very generous in supporting community organizations. Even though our "home base" is in Muscoda, our service area extends into Iowa and Richland Counties, along with Mutual Aid to extended areas in both of these counties.
