is a non-profit agency offering employment training and community living assistance. We work closely with employers to develop employment skills needed in today's work force. takes pride in enhancing the community of Muscatine by helping people to become more independent. We offer Organizational Employment, Day Habilitation, and Supported Community Living programs.

Yvonne is always looking for ways to improve and grow our Adult Day program. She brings new ideas to leadership, works diligently to build relationships and follow up on referrals, and her efforts have helped contribute to significant growth in the program.

Yvonne sets high expectations for her team and isnโ€™t afraid to tackle challenges along the way. She is also open to feedback and different perspectives, always looking for ways to strengthen the work we do. We appreciate Yvonneโ€™s drive, leadership, and commitment to the people we serve!

Happy Labor Day from Crossroads!

Our offices and day services will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8.

While many of us enjoy the holiday, we also want to recognize the Direct Support Professionals who are working today.

Supporting people in living independent lives doesn't follow a Monday-through-Friday schedule. DSPs provide support during evenings, weekends, and holidays, helping individuals live the lives they choose in their own homes and communities.

Thank you to the DSPs spending part of their Labor Day supporting others. We appreciate you!

When the temperature goes up, we cool down!

Day Habilitation spent the morning at the Taylor Park Splash Pad, and it was just the cooldown we needed for this late-summer heat.

Running through the water tunnels, getting soaked, and waiting for that giant bucket of water to dump on everyone made for a pretty perfect summer morning.

Sometimes you just have to jump in and enjoy it!

Spending an afternoon at the Community Y is a great opportunity to get moving, have some fun, and enjoy time out in the community.

Thatโ€™s also an important part of Supported Community Living. SCL provides individualized support so people can build skills, make choices, and enjoy greater independence in the community they call home.

Sometimes that looks like working toward a personal goal. And sometimes it looks like a fun afternoon at the Y. Both matter.

Our participants had a great time cooling off, soaking up the sunshine, and spending time together at the Muscatine Aquatic Center this summer.

Get ready to ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐“๐จ๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซfor Beat The Meetles B.T.M , taking the FestivALL stage in downtown Muscatine at 4 p.m. on September 19!

This Chicago-based group puts its own spin on the music of The Beatles. Rather than trying to recreate the costumes and accents, Beat The Meetles focuses on the music with creative interpretations, improvisation, and setlists that can reach deep into the Beatles catalog.

You never quite know what you'll hear, but you can count on plenty of songs that will have you singing and dancing along!

Join us in downtown Muscatine for Beat The Meetles and a whole afternoon of free live music at FestivALL 2026. ๐ŸŽธ
