NOVEMBER 1 IS THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS

Its Tuesday! Time is ticking - only 11 more days to get your quilts entered for the big show! At last check, we were at 26.

REMEMBER: you can always go back in later to edit the details. Knowing how many we will need to accomodate and dimensions is more important for the layout of our new facility.

Well, I thought I posted this earlier, but apparently it didn't work!

I hope you all enjoyed this beautiful fall day. Some of you made it out to the MVQG Quilt Show! This lovely quilt was entered by our very own Sus Tising!

If you went anywhere quilty today, tell us all about it.

That sounds about right!

It started with one yard… and somehow became a whole new quilt project. 😂🧵🛍️

Good morning everyone!

I haven't gotten a chance to post much this week! Today's adventure involves jetting up to Des Moines and back.

We are up to 20 quilts registered for our quilt show! The deadline to enter is November 1 - get those entries in!

Also, our page has reached 302 followers! That is awesome. Lots of growth this summer. I encourage you to share our page with a friend who might like to check us out.

I love fall - its my favorite season (partially because my birthday is in there). What items are you working on to celebrate fall? Bonus points for pictures!

MOD MONDAY

Improv Curves!
Today we’re celebrating the beauty of organic, freehand curves. No rulers, no templates — just your rotary cutter and a little courage. Improv curves create movement, texture, and modern flair in any quilt, whether you use solids or scraps.

Have you tried them? Show us your curvy blocks or your favorite improv creations!
