Empire Wrestling is excited to announce that we have officially opened registration to the public for BOTH of our upcoming camps!
Both camps open to boys & girls!

Molly Allen Camp – June 20th
(10 am - 3pm)
Empire Wrestling Camp – July 24-26

What a great day yesterday!

We had several of our athletes step on the mat for the first time along side a few veterans at the IOWA USA FRECO State Tournament, and that’s what this is all about—growth, stepping outside your comfort zone, and competing when it’s not easy.

Every year, we continue to see more and more of our kids get involved in the FRECO season, and it’s showing. The experience they’re gaining now is what separates them down the road.

We are proud of this group for stepping up and representing the right way. This is just the beginning.
