BEGINNER WRESTLING PROGRAM — only a few spots left!!

📅 November 5th – March 4th
📍 Every Thursday
⏰ 5:30–6:45 PM
Pre-K through 3rd Grade

This program is designed for young wrestlers who are new to the sport or looking to build a stronger foundation. We’ll focus on teaching the fundamentals of wrestling while helping kids improve and develop the skills they’re already learning through their school programs.

Our goal is to provide a highly disciplined, positive, and structured environment where kids can build confidence, learn proper technique, and develop a strong foundation in wrestling.

We strongly encourage participants to continue supporting and participating with their local school wrestling clubs. Our program is intended to be a supplemental opportunity to help young wrestlers get additional instruction, practice their fundamentals, and continue improving.

If your Pre-K–3rd grader is interested in learning how to wrestle, this is a great place to start!

Reach out to us for pricing, registration information, or any questions.

Let’s get these young wrestlers on the mat! 🤼‍♂️🔥

🎮💚 WE HAVE A WINNER!! 💗🎮

A few months ago, Sadie Harris won this AMAZING custom Empire Wrestling arcade machine in a contest — and instead of keeping it, she generously donated it BACK to Empire Wrestling so we could raffle it off at our golf outing today! 🥹💚

And the lucky winner is…

🎉🎉 JOAN PAUL!! 🎉🎉

Congratulations, Joan!! We hope you enjoy this one-of-a-kind machine and its 3,000 games! 🎮

A HUGE thank you to Land of Oz in Muscatine for making this incredible custom Empire machine. You absolutely knocked it out of the park!

And another huge thank you to River City Moving for taking care of the delivery and getting Joan’s new arcade machine safely to her! 🚚💪

Most importantly, thank you, Sadie, for choosing to give your prize back to the club. That generosity gave us another opportunity to raise money for our wrestlers, and we are so grateful. 💚💗
