Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be a valuable asset to Muscatine County Area Habitat for Humanity!

With 15 years at Crawford Company where he currently serves as Vice President, Tyler has 20 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and facilities management. His expertise includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, architectural work, and design-build projects across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Tyler's passion for construction began at a young age, working alongside his father and grandfather in carpentry and electrical work.

Tyler enjoys being involved with Habitat and values the opportunity to use his experience and skills to give back to the Muscatine community.

We're excited to have Tyler on our Construction Committee and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and dedication he'll bring to our future home builds!

Please join us in welcoming Kayla to Muscatine County Habitat for Humanity’s Construction Committee!

Born and raised in Muscatine, Kayla grew up spending time in the woodshop with her dad, which eventually grew into helping with home remodeling and design projects.

She graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture & Product Design. Her time in design school further solidified her interest in buildings and how a structure can positively or negatively affect people and the environment.

After graduation, she moved back to Muscatine, where she worked as an Industrial Designer and then as a Product Manager for Textiles with HNI Corporation until the fall of 2019. She currently works at her family business, Pearl City Wood Products, in Muscatine, where she gets to be involved in a variety of projects throughout the area.

She currently lives in Muscatine with her husband and two young children.

We’re excited to welcome Kayla to our Construction Committee and look forward to the experience and perspective she’ll bring to the team!
