The weather is great for our third annual Viva Muscatine today (11 am-6 pm) in downtown Muscatine!

Stop on down and check out live music, vendor booths, arts and crafts, food, face painting, a petting zoo and much more.

Maria Sneath, Noelia Espinal and Monica Chavez, organizers of our event, are ready to go.

It is open to the public and free of charge. We can't wait to see you.

VIVA MUSCATINE

The third annual Viva Muscatine is tomorrow in downtown Muscatine! Open to the public and free of charge, the festival runs from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Each day this week, we're highlighting some events that are being offered.

For the last two hours, we'll have live music from Grupo Innstinto, a musical band from the Des Moines area. Vendor and community booths, arts and crafts, bounce houses, a petting zoo and much more also will be available.

We can't wait to see you at Viva!

VIVA MUSCATINE

We're two days from the third annual Viva Muscatine! The festival, open to the public and free of charge, is Saturday from 11 am-6 pm in downtown Muscatine. Each day this week, we're highlighting some events being offered.

From 2-4 pm, we'll have Wes the Balloon Guy. He has more than 30 years of experience in family fun, offering comedy magic and balloons.

At 3 pm on the main stage, it is El Chavo y La Chilindrina Characters. Bounce Houses are also available for children during the afternoon hours.

Vendor booths, along with arts and crafts, will be open along with a petting zoo and face painting until 3 pm.

Stop on down and enjoy the celebration!

We are three days away from our event and we couldn't be more excited! We cannot express how incredibly grateful we are to each and every one of our supporters. Events like this are a lot of hard work, as we have learned these few years! VIVA MUSCATINE

The third annual Viva Muscatine, presented by the Muscatine Community School District, returns Saturday, Sept. 27 from 11 am-6 pm in downtown Muscatine. Each day this week, we'll give you an idea of what will be offered at the festival.

In the 1-2:30 pm time slot, CultureALL Ambassadors from Des Moines, presented by Global Education at the Stanley Center for Peace and Security, will be there.

Vendor booths, along with arts and crafts, will be open along with face painting and a petting zoo.

The third annual Viva Muscatine returns Saturday, Sept. 27 from 11 am-6 pm in downtown Muscatine. Each day this week, we'll give you an idea of what will be offered at the festival.

In the noon to 1 o'clock hour, we'll offer bingo with a musical twist and loteria facilitated by LULAC. The Petting Zoo also will be available and the Muskie Pom Squad will do face painting.

Vendor booths, along with art and craft booths, will be open during that time.

VIVA MUSCATINE

The third annual Viva Muscatine returns Saturday, Sept. 27 from 11 am-6 pm in downtown Muscatine. Each day this week, we'll give you an idea of what will be offered at the festival.

In the opening hour, we'll have the event kickoff and a concert by students from the school district. We'll also have the Muscatine High School Pom Squad perform.

Vendor booths, along with art and craft booths, will be open during that time.
