To our amazing Village of supporters and animal lovers,

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our rescue and clinic operations.

This is not the ending we had hoped for, but we are incredibly proud of what we accomplished together. Because of the support of our volunteers, donors, partners, and community members, thousands of animals received care, found loving homes, accessed affordable services, and were given a chance at a better life.

To everyone who adopted, donated, volunteered, shared our posts, attended our events, or simply believed in our mission—thank you. Every life we touched was possible because of you.

While this chapter is coming to an end, the impact we made together will continue in every animal helped and every family strengthened along the way.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our village.

Meet Simba! This goofy guy is about 6 months old and is silly as can be! Want a friend who is loving, friendly, and will always be by your side? Simba is your guy! Simba is curious and fun! You will never have to be alone, even in the shower! Simba loves to jump in with his humans! Simba is currently living and thriving in a very busy foster home where is plays and gets along with humans of all ages, dogs of all sizes, another cat and even a rabbit. This guy just goes with the flow!

Elizabeth's fee is WAIVED!!💗

Meet Elizabeth, (Who also answers to Liza Jane) loves cuddles on the couch, sitting loyally by your side, or keeping watch on the neighborhood while outside. The foster's personal favorite thing is her happy dance when she gets excited at meal time or to go outside.

Elizabeth is learning personal space when it comes to the cat and dog, learning how to be a dog. Due to her past Elizabeth has high anxiety when it comes to personal cares which with love and patience it should resolve. Elizabeth would love to be with someone that works from home or is retired!

Look at Zola's beautiful blue eyes! This sweet puppy is absolutely wonderful. At just 8 months old, she has had a bit of a rough start.

Zola was adopted and returned months later in pretty rough shape. It appears she was greatly underfed and kept in a urine soaked kennel! We are so glad she was returned so she could get the love and treatment she deserves! Our wonderful fosters have gotten her up to an appropriate weight and have been working on puppy training and socializing.

As you can see in her photos, Zola is doing beautifully! She gets along with other dogs, cats, and LOVES her humans. She has made significant progress with her housebreaking. This sweet young girl is as sweet as she is gorgeous! All she needs is a family of her own.
