Good evening Murrieta Valley USD Families,
The annual document confirmation opens on Wednesday, July 17. Parents/guardians must log into the Aeries Parent Portal to complete this process.
The document confirmation process, also known as the annual registration process, is to confirm and/or update student information in our system such as emergency contacts, health/medical conditions, residency/home address verification, and parent/guardian email and phone numbers. Part of the process is parent/guardian review of all legally required notifications and student authorizations for the upcoming school year.
Parents/guardians must complete this document confirmation process before TK-5th grade teacher assignments are posted online and before the 6-12th grade orientation/class schedule pick-up dates. This process is available in Spanish by selecting Spanish from the drop-down menu on the right-hand corner of the Aeries Parent login screen.
Please ensure that you carefully review and update your parent/guardian email and mobile number during the document confirmation. This information is used for all official school and district communications, including urgent alerts and emergency messages sent via email, text, and phone calls.
Other important dates:
Week of August 5th - Middle and high school schedules, address verification, and textbook pick-up events begin.
Monday, August 12th, after 5 p.m. - TK-5 teacher assignments will be released on the Aeries Parent Portal.
Wednesday, August 14th – First Day of School
Please know that your student's school will begin sending parent emails with important information for the beginning of the year starting next week. You can also view upcoming events on each school's website.
