Because we need consistent coverage throughout the weekend, please only sign up for a time you can commit to and make every effort to follow through with the shift you choose. We completely understand that unexpected things happen; if your plans change, please let us know 3–4 days in advance whenever possible so we have time to find coverage.

Have you ever wondered why Catholics believe what we do—but never had the opportunity to ask?

This September, Mothers & Others Ministry is beginning **Tell Me Why**, a monthly faith-based study and discussion group for women who want to explore the Catholic Faith more deeply.

Each session will focus on a specific topic and provide a welcoming place to ask questions, examine Catholic teachings, and seek thoughtful answers. Our discussions will rely on credible Catholic resources—including **the Catechism of the Catholic Church** and Sacred Scripture—rather than popular opinions or assumptions about what the Church teaches.

Our first topic is:

**WHY BE CATHOLIC?**

Come with your questions, your curiosity, and your desire to understand the faith more fully.

💐Yesterday, Mothers & Others had the privilege of supporting the family of our dear friend, Lynne Cecilia Mary Kapryn, whose Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Martha Catholic Church.

It was a beautiful and deeply moving service honoring Lynne’s life and faith. Following the Mass, our ministry helped prepare and host the reception in the church hall. Our heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful friends who generously brought food, desserts, and other refreshments. We also thank everyone who gave their time to help before, during, and after the gathering. Each contribution helped make the reception a warm and beautiful expression of love for Lynne and her family.

🙏Please continue to keep Lynne’s family and loved ones in your prayers.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace. Amen. ✝

Our St. Martha Mothers & Others Fellowship Meetings are now held quarterly rather than monthly—which means we have fewer opportunities to gather as one ministry community.

Our September Fellowship is coming soon, and we would truly love to see you there! Join us to reconnect after summer, meet other women of the parish, discover our new subgroups, and hear about the events we have planned.
