🙏 We could use some prayers for our sweet neighbor Loretta. ❤️

Loretta’s HVAC system is very old, and a couple weeks ago her home became dangerously hot. She nearly passed out from the heat, and our community immediately stepped up.

❤️ A huge thank you to an amazing husband-and-wife volunteer team who dropped what they were doing and came right over with a fan, ice and a bucket to help cool Loretta down right away.

❤️ And another huge thank you to the wonderful volunteer who donated a portable room AC unit, which helped keep Loretta comfortable through the weekend while we were able to get repairs done to her main system.

Unfortunately, just a couple weeks later, something else is going on with the HVAC system — and that’s what you’re seeing in this video.

So today we’re asking our community for some prayers. 🙏 Please pray that this is something simple, inexpensive and easy to fix so we can get Loretta comfortable and safe again.

Moments like this remind us why community matters so much. When one of our senior neighbors needs help, it’s pretty amazing to see people show up without hesitation. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who continues to show up for our seniors and remind them they are not alone.

🐝 CALLING ALL BEE PEOPLE & VOLUNTEERS! 🌿❤️

We’re helping a sweet senior in Lake Elsinore tomorrow morning from 7:30–10:30 AM with some much-needed yard work, but we discovered there are quite a few bees around the outside of her home.

We definitely don’t want to hurt the bees! 🐝💛 We’d love to connect with a professional beekeeper, bee removal expert, or someone knowledgeable about bees who may be willing to come take a look and help us figure out the safest way to handle them.

And if bees aren’t your thing but yard work is, we could use some extra hands tomorrow too! 💪🌿

Getting ready to do a little interview with Wildomar Mayor Carlos Marquez at The Croft Apartments in Wildomar! 🎥🙌

First of all… this place is NICE! 😳 Even the lobby is impressive — pool table, shuffleboard, ping-pong, foosball, and they’re super pet-friendly too! 🐶🐾

Looking forward to sitting down with Mayor Marquez and sharing a little about Favors For Neighbors, why our senior community means so much to us, and what we’re doing right here in our own backyard. ❤️

Happy 26th Birthday to my son, Little Michael! ❤️🎉

AKA Pop… Pappa… or I guess now that he’s 26, most people just call him Mike. 😂 He may be a LOT taller than me, but he’ll always be Little Michael to me.

All jokes aside, I’m really proud of the man you’re becoming. You have a big heart, you genuinely care about people, and underneath all the joking and teasing, I hope you always know how proud I am to be your dad.

At 26, you’ve still got plenty of growing and figuring life out to do — and so do I. One of the things I’m most grateful for is that we get to do some of that growing together. I’m really looking forward to our father-and-son bond continuing to get stronger with every year.

Life goes by way too fast. I’m thankful I get to be here for yours — to watch you grow, give you advice you probably won’t listen to 😂, be there when you need me, and remind you that no matter how tall you get, you’ll always be my son and I’ll always be in your corner.

Happy 26th Birthday, son. I love you, I’m proud of your heart, and I’m excited to see where life takes you next. ❤️

Enjoy 26, Mike… because somehow 30 isn’t that far away anymore. 😂🎂❤️

A very special thank you to James for thinking of us, believing in what we do, and for being a friend and supporter for so many years. It truly means more than you know.

And to EVERYONE who showed up, enjoyed some amazing Italian food, and supported our mission — THANK YOU! 🙏❤️

Every meal, every conversation, and every person who came through those doors helped us continue doing what we love: showing our seniors they are not alone and helping them remain safe and independent at home.
