The Department of Labor has announced updated H-2A minimum wage rates. The new rates are effective August 3, 2026, for all states except Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, New York, Oregon, and Washington. For those states, the new rates take effect August 17, 2026.

Now is the time to review the updated wage rates and determine whether you need to increase employee wages to remain compliant.
