We need your help- please don’t wear shoes that will mark the deck and please avoid getting feet and shoes dirty on the newly blacked asphalt. We like a deck that is a lighter color to help keep things cool, but we need your help keeping
It clean. If you spill something please clean it up right away.

UPDATE: The pool guys are painting the deck of the pool today (Friday 5/22) and then it has to dry completely before we can walk on it. We should be able to open the pool on Sunday, May 24, 2026 around noon.

Annual owners meeting Thursday May 21, 7pm at the pool.

If all goes well, we will be opening the pool on Friday, May 22, 2026. Please make sure your annual HOA fees of $360 are all caught up in order for us to reactive your pool key. If you lost your pool key, you will need to pay a $20 replacement fee.
