Conestoga Elementary PTO Conestoga PTO, Inc. exists for the sole purpose of supporting the education of children ages 3-12 at Conestoga Elementary School located in Murray, NE. You are!

Who is the Conestoga Parent/Teacher Organization? Conestoga’s PTO consists of ALL parents and staff of Conestoga Elementary School, and it is absolutely FREE (no fees to be a member!). Each year, the Conestoga PTO sponsors several events, including a book fair, skate parties, ice cream social and our Spring Carnival. We donate about $20,000 to our school each year which provides funding for field

trips, computer and technology needs, playground equipment, music and educational programs, physical education equipment, books for our library and classrooms, and other teaching materials to each of our 21 classrooms and approximately 400 students. Each child and teacher at Conestoga Elementary directly benefits from the efforts of the Conestoga PTO. One of the latest project the PTO has funded is “Cougar Hollow”, the outdoor classroom/nature center on the east side of the school. Cougar Hollow is the 200th certified Nature Explore Classroom in the world! If you haven't had the opportunity to check out this area, please feel free to check it out!! The PTO meets on the first Tuesday of every month in the school library at 6:00 p.m. The meetings last for about one hour and free childcare is provided. We welcome ALL parents and staff to every meeting, as there is no PTO without YOU!! We would love to see you there!
