Congratulations to one of our members John Celestre from McCaysville. John made pizza cutters out of zebra wood and sent them to the White House and received a letter of appreciation of which there is a copy hanging in the Brasstown Woodturners booth. John also turns beautiful large platters available for purchase.

April Wood Turners meeting. Former home contractor Jim Love demonstrated architectural wood turning using carbide tools. Jim showed attendees how to recreate moldings to match antique elements. Steve demonstrated and explained the air filter helmet system and answered questions on cost, and use.
