Photos from a recent trip to Memphis in search of Western birds. We found some great ones, with some added surprises, too.

Sometimes our birders leave the county - earlier this week a small group spent 2 days in Memphis looking for western birds not found in this area. The destination was The Pits - a wastewater treatment plant near the Mississippi River, and much birding was done along the way. Some fun finds and even non-bird fun finds.
