Today, we salute the incredible strength, sacrifice, and service of America’s Soldiers—past and present. From the battlefields of the Revolutionary War in 1775 to the modern day, the United States Army has stood unyielding to defend our nation and protect our freedom.

Bask, located 90 minutes from Nashville, operates as a retreat center, nature sanctuary, and a destination for wellness education. The center also focuses on restoration efforts of its forests, creek and wetlands, along with native plantings that attract rare birds, butterflies and bees.

The Battlin' Betties Tennessee Platoon proudly stands beside our veterans, first responders, active-duty military, and their families.
Many carry invisible wounds from their service and experiences. PTSD affects millions of Americans, yet too many continue to suffer in silence because of stigma or fear of asking for help.

This month, we encourage everyone to: 🎗️ Learn about PTSD 🎗️ Support those who are struggling 🎗️ Share resources 🎗️ Check on your battle buddies 🎗️ Help end the stigma surrounding mental health

No one should have to fight alone.
If you're struggling, please reach out. There is strength in seeking support, and there are people who care.

Today, the ladies of the Battlin Betties Tennessee Platoon pause to remember the courageous men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Memorial Day is more than a holiday — it is a day of honor, remembrance, and gratitude for those who never made it home.

We proudly stand in remembrance of our fallen heroes and in support of the families who carry their legacy every day. May we never forget the cost of our freedom.
