Cultivate Coworking is a shared office coworking space in Murfreesboro, TN located two blocks from the square at 107 W. Lytle. We are a welcoming community offering an alternative office space for independent workers, freelancers, non-profits, and small business owners. We provide locally roasted coffee from Just Love, meeting rooms and events designed to help our members create a vibrant business

community. Our services are available for a monthly fee based on usage of each member. There are no contracts or leases. Services include: small client meeting room, business mailing address, printer/copy/fax/scan, conference room, phone booth, private offices, large group work tables, smaller individual tables and desks, secure, high speed Wi-Fi, free snacks and drinks, opportunities to meet other members and create your local business network. We also offer onsite business management services through our flagship member, Contract Management Services. Our goal is to create a welcoming, collaborative and professional atmosphere that caters to independent workers, professionals, start ups, non-profits, and freelancers.

Do you have a student that's about to graduate High School or College? MTSU is graduating May 9th and 10th, 2025! High Schools are listed below. Our venue features a full kitchen (Commercial SS refrigerator, SS ice maker, coffee maker, filtered water dispenser, microwave and SS oven) along with an audio system for you to use via Bluetooth and stage lighting. We can hold up to 50-60 people (standing) or up to 40 people sitting. Included in your reservation is a conference room that guests sometimes use for gifts, food, etc. and ADA compliant bathrooms.

Our most popular package is the 3+1 which is three hours of event time and one free hour for decorating, food prep, cleanup, etc. That package is $240. Additional hours are $80/hr. The venue is available weekdays after 5pm and weekends from 8a-10p. Reservations are first come, first serve. You can message us through this page or call/text 615-203-6084.

We have a few openings left for gatherings/parties/graduations, etc. Most dates around Thanksgiving are available along with December 14th 5-9pm and December 21st all day. Our most popular event package is three hours, with a fourth hour free to use for decorating, cleanup, etc. The price is $240 total. We have a full kitchen, stage lighting, audio system and extra tables/chairs. The space can hold up to 40-50 people. It's almost time for those holiday get-togethers, Friendsgivings and graduation parties! Our schedule is filling up quickly! Our typical time slots are three hours, plus we give an extra free hour for you to decorate, cleanup, etc. For that package, it's $240. Times available are weekdays after 5pm and weekends. We’re about to have an office available for lease in the near future. It’s walking distance to the Murfreesboro Square and directly across the street from the Judicial Building. It has its own exterior door, includes all utilities, 2GB internet and comes with a membership to Cultivate Coworking. If you know of anyone in need of an office, please let us know.

The Holidays are almost here! Having a Thanksgiving/Friendsgiving/Christmas or any other Holiday gathering with your loved ones? Our downstairs space can hold up to 50 people. To all of our loyal members and suite holders, we appreciate you more than you know!

We’re doing a member appreciation dinner Friday, August 2nd, 2024 at 4pm. We will furnish all protein and sides. Jason will get the smoker going and your taste buds will come alive! Possibilities are: Brisket, Pork Butt, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Smoked Deviled Eggs, etc. Feel free to add suggestions!

Rachelle will have some sides that may cause food coma. Again, feel free to comment with suggestions!

We will have a cooler full of nonalcoholic drinks. Add this to your calendar and come enjoy an afternoon of yummy goodness!
