Our Riverdale FFA Officer Team had the opportunity to attend the Farm Bureau Policy Development Meeting last night. Students were able to hear from local farmers and agricultural supporters about issues that they’re experiencing in the industry.

We kicked off the year with our first Riverdale FFA Chapter Meeting, and what a way to start! 💙💛

More than 50 members joined us for our Color Wars meeting filled with competition, teamwork, and plenty of FFA fun! We loved seeing so many new and returning faces come together to start another great year for Riverdale FFA.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made our first meeting a success! We’re excited for everything this year has in store for our members and chapter.

Our next meeting will be held on September 11th and will be a tailgate before the homecoming football game!! 🏈

Our annual mum sale is starting now! As in the past, we will be offering XL size mums in five different colors for only $15.00!

These mums come in red, white, yellow, bronze, and purple.

We have also added succulent planters to our fall sale!

These planters contain 4-5 succulents in a decorative pot.

We will be taking pre-orders for mums and succulents until September 19th. There are two ways you can order.

Our Riverdale FFA Sheep Team had an excellent day at the Junior Sheep Show at the TN State/Wilson County Fair! Our team came home with 4 class winners, five 2nd place finishes, as well as Reserve Champion Hampshire Ewe and Champion Dorset Ewe!

🎉 SIX AMERICAN FFA DEGREE RECIPIENTS! 🎉

Riverdale FFA is incredibly proud to recognize six outstanding members who have earned the American FFA Degree! 🇺🇸💙💛

The American FFA Degree is the highest honor awarded by the National FFA Organization and is earned by members who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE), leadership, community service, and involvement in FFA.
Earning this degree represents years of hard work, dedication, and growth, and we are so proud to see these six members reach one of the highest milestones in their FFA careers.
