Newsletters will be distributed this week. $35.00 dues are due to RHA, at 3011 Bowers Ln. and the yard sale will be April 28 & 29. Diane Borella will be advertising this on all the Yard Sale sites.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION, SPRING 2021

Regenwood Yard Sale
May 22, 2021, beginning at 8:00 am
We will advertise the sale on Social Network sites.
Place balloons on your mailbox, the day of the sale, if your are participating in the yard sale.

$35 annual Dues are now due. Please mail your check, payable to RHA to:

Elite Lawn and Landscaping will be removing and replanting the remaining orginial plants at the front entrance. We also have to repair the sprinkler system. Your dues are needed to help pay for this update and repair for our front entrance, and pay the monthly electrical and water bills. Thank you to everyone who paid in 2020 and those who have paid for 2021! Regenwood Homeowners always come through. Please share this with your neighbors who are not part of FB, and encourage them to pay their dues this year as well.

PSA...A fox has been spotted in Regenwood. We have no doubt they are in the area as Regency Park has reported as well. There is no indication a fox would attack people or dogs while on a walk. There is a concern for cats that roam freely around the neighborhood. They will go after those and other small unattended animals. Be aware, be cautious and provide a safe place for your pet. The fox just wants to live too.
