We’re Hiring for the 2026–2027 Coldest Nights Season! ❄️🧥

Are you looking for a meaningful way to serve our community this winter? The Journey Home is currently hiring seasonal Coldest Nights Program Staff to help ensure our neighbors in need have a warm, safe, and secure place to stay during winter weather.

Position Details:
Type: Temporary / Seasonal (November 15, 2026 – March 15, 2027)
Key Responsibilities: Shelter security, operations/administration, and relationship management.
Shifts Available:
Supper / Check-in: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Overnight: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (plus a $2.00/hour night shift differential)

Schedule: Weather-dependent, with 3-month advance scheduling. Staff must work scheduled shifts during cold and inclement weather (including snow/ice).

What a wonderful evening at the 2nd Annual Gold Band Impact Gala! 🥂

The Journey Home was thrilled to be part of the celebration, where the J. A. Henry Consistory No. 48 presented Billy Truesdell with a $1,500 donation. These funds will go directly toward supporting our local community services.
