Our mission is to provide awareness, comfort and support to families who have been impacted by twin to twin transfusion syndrome or have experienced premature birth.

Because of your generosity, the Twin to Twin Butterfly Fund has completed 20+ preemie clothing gift bags for families at the Ronald McDonald House.

Each bag includes 3 onesies, 3 sleepers, and a swaddle or receiving blanket—small essentials that make a big difference for tiny fighters and their families.

In honor of Kora and our angel Kyleigh’s 10th birthday, we’re donating preemie clothing gift bags to Central New York Ronald McDonald House.

A generous anonymous donor has issued a challenge: They will MATCH every preemie sleeper purchased or donated—up to 25 sleepers in the next 2 weeks!

If we reach 25, that becomes 50 sleepers total. We include 3 sleepers in every gift bag, so this will help so many families.

🦋 Twin to Twin Butterfly Fund – Preemie Gift Bags 🦋

So many families with preemies never get the chance to have a baby shower before their little one arrives. Their babies come early, unexpectedly, and often without the essentials—especially preemie‑sized clothing, which can be hard to find in stores.

That’s why our charity, Twin To Twin Butterfly Fund, creates and donates Preemie Gift Bags for families staying at the Central New York Ronald McDonald House while their babies receive care in the NICU.

Each gift bag—like the baby boy and baby girl bags pictured—includes:

✨ Preemie onesies
✨ Cozy blankets
✨ A handwritten note of love and encouragement

Every item is chosen with care to bring comfort, dignity, and a little joy to families walking a difficult path.

💜 Honoring Kora & Our Angel Kyleigh 💜

As April approaches, our hearts are full. Celebrating our sweet Kora turning 10 years old and her twin sister Kyleigh, who watches over us as our angel.

In honor of their birthday, we asking for something meaningful and close to our family’s heart. Our charity, Twin To Twin Butterfly Fund, is putting together preemie clothing gift bags for families at the Central New York Ronald McDonald House Charities and Crouse NICU.

It was a busy week for Twin To Twin Butterfly Fund 🦋

All our deliveries from our holiday fundraiser were made 🚗, our elves finished all their shopping 🛍 and our donation of toys was made today to Central New York Ronald McDonald House Charities.

It warms our hearts to know how much these gifts mean to families staying with them. Thank you to everyone who donated or purchased from our fundraisers this year. You make it all possible ❤️🎄🎁
