What is Kringlefest?
EmpowerStride invites the community to celebrate the holiday season at Kringlefest, a festive, family-friendly Christmas event bringing together local vendors, holiday activities, entertainment, horses, food trucks, and plenty of Christmas cheer—all while supporting a meaningful local cause.
Kringlefest will be held Sunday, December 13, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at EmpowerStride in Muncy. The event will feature approximately 40 local vendors, allowing guests to shop for unique holiday gifts while supporting area small businesses, crafters, and makers.
Throughout the day, families can enjoy holiday characters, Christmas carolers, food trucks, music, Christmas-themed activities and games, visits with the horses, and other seasonal fun in a welcoming farm setting. Kringlefest is designed to create the feeling of an old-fashioned community Christmas gathering where families can slow down, spend time together, and celebrate the season.
More importantly, the event provides an opportunity to learn about and support EmpowerStride, a Muncy-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that uses meaningful horse-centered experiences to help individuals develop confidence, connection, communication, and personal growth.
EmpowerStride provides programming for individuals and groups throughout several nearby counties, including its Empowerment Series, Pony Connections youth programs, Herdbound group experiences, and Operation Stride Forward for veterans.
Proceeds and community support generated through events such as Kringlefest help continue providing therapeutic programs and experiences free of charge to those it serves.
Kringlefest is more than a holiday event—it is an opportunity to shop local, enjoy great food, hear the sounds of Christmas, celebrate together, meet the EmpowerStride herd, and support programs that are making a difference.
