📢Opening Day Update for The Muncy Pool

Unfortunately, Mother Nature had different plans for us last night. The storm caused damage to our pump, temporarily preventing us from completing the final preparations needed to open safely.

Thanks to the quick assistance from PP&L, power has been restored and we are back in operation. However, the delay means we will need a little more time to ensure everything is ready for a safe and enjoyable season.

🏊 The Muncy Pool will now open on Tuesday, June 9th at 12:00 PM.

We know everyone is excited to jump in, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected setback.

We've been hard at work making improvements, and we're excited to announce that we've expanded our food, drink, and candy selections for the 2026 season!

UDPATE: Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for us last night. The storm damaged our pump and delayed our final opening preparations. Thanks to the quick help from PP&L, we're back up and running, but we need a little extra time to make sure everything is ready for a safe and fun season.

Pool passes have been printed and are ready to go! 🎉 If you purchased a pass, you can pick it up on Opening Day at the pool.

Even better we are still on track to open Monday, June 8th at Noon! 🏊‍♂️💦

Our volunteers and board members have been working hard to get everything ready for another great summer, and we can't wait to welcome everyone back.
