We now only have Samantha available
We are working with her not to be scared of people, from what we were told she has been this way the entire time her previous owner has had her and she purchased her from a pet store in 1990 for this very reason.
At this time she wouldn't do well in a rambunctious home.

Just Petey and his shenanigans
With Samantha in the background she still refuses to come out and gets startled anytime we walk in, from what we have been told she has been this way the entire time the previous owner has had her which was 36 years, she bought her from a pet store for this exact reason. Though when I am in the kitchen cooking or doing dishes, if I start whistling she will start bouncing up and down like she is dancing, so that's a plus.

if it works though it's Petey the Blue and Gold Macaw talking and the high pitch " whoops" sounds are Samantha the Cockatoo

Petey is a blue and gold macaw age unknown, actual gender is unknown as well we were told he's a boy. When he feels like it he has spoken, so far he has said hi, hello, meowed like a cat, said peek a boo, cracker, Pete, and I'm pretty sure last week he said Pete is a good bird but all I was able to clearly make out was his name and bird. He only talks when he feels like it and that's perfectly okay! He hasn't gotten too loud unless something bothers him he is not a fan of a vacuum cleaner but after it's been on a couple minutes he seems to calm down. He has finally started to play with his toys that he came with a little. He just needs time and patience, he will absolutely need to go to a home with large parrot experience. If all you have owned are 12 inch or smaller birds he is absolutely not for you. If large powerful beaks are intimidating to you, he's not for you.Petey is looking for his last forever home, but keep in mind he is still grieving his loss of his previous owner and he will take some time to come out of his shell.

Learned something new with Petey today, I didn't know he also meows like a cat, thought it was just Sebastian, though Sebastian's version is more of a cat stuck.
I couldn't get him to interact too much he still seems to be scared and unsure of being here, but I know with time he will come around, and I'm sure he is just a clown with feathers. I'm also pretty sure they are still grieving and also testing boundaries in their new environment.
Petey is eager to find his last forever home though
