It Is Well With My Soul (IIWWMS) It Is Well With My Soul: Surviving and Thriving in Unlearning Internalized Racism was founded in 2009.

Community programs that provide awareness to increase understanding of structural racism and its physical, social, and psychological impacts and to help individuals understand and deal with internalized racism.Strategies for healing from internalized racism include ancestral research to connect with family and gain greater understanding of self and historical research on African American accomplishments to gain greater understanding and appreciation of the African American culture.
