I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my first visit to the Muncie Eagles on 3-14-2025.

Accompanied by my friend Renae, a regular patron, we participated in the treasure hunt game.

However, due to lack of explanation from staff member Chris, I unintentionally entered my phone number instead of choosing a game number on the ticket. Despite my request, Chris refused to correct the error, resulting in the loss of my $20 entry fee.

Furthermore, I witnessed unprofessional behavior from Chris while attempting to order at the bar. He yelled loudly & aggressively, across the bar, stating if anyone needed service, they needed to order on the other side of the bar.

Feeling uncomfortable, I chose not to place an order and indicated my readiness to leave. His behavior was unprofessional, and extremely rude. I own a business and I would never dream of talking to a client like this.

I hope this feedback prompts improvement in customer service and communication at the Muncie Eagles. Unfortunately, my first experience will be my last and has deterred me from returning to the establishment.

Note:
I have been a professional mystery shopper for years and believe strongly and good customer service and feel like these days is the last art. So I will resume my mystery shopping for area business so y'all better be on your best behavior or you'll find yourself here as well!

This is not the official court record. Official records of court proceedings may only be obtained directly from the court maintaining a particular record.

Why hasn't Alexandra Reagan been charged with murder, only 'assisting a criminal who committed murder,' when court documents state she helped dispose of Kyler Musick's body after Devin Myers killed him?

Justice Obscured: Unpacking Bias in Alexandra Reagan's Charges

1. Daniel Jones charged with murder, Alexandra Reagan charged with lesser "assisting a criminal" – despite similar non-trigger-person roles.

2. Potential bias:
Alleged Reagan family ties to law enforcement and greater financial resources might influence charging decisions.

3. Racial Disparity: Potential racial bias in prosecution decisions affecting Reagan's charges compared to others involved.

4. Equal culpability:
Arguably, Reagan's actions (helping dispose of body) equally culpable as Jones' involvement.

3. Selective Justice: Disparate treatment of Reagan versus Daniel Jones, highlighting inconsistency in prosecution strategy.
In Delaware County, justice appears obscured by shadows of bias – racial disparity, family influence, and selective prosecution. The case of Alexandra Reagan exposes these flaws, raising questions about fairness in our legal system. Alexandra Reagan faced charges linked to a tragic triple murder – yet her case stands in stark contrast to others involved.

Racial Disparity: A Troubling Pattern?

While details on defendants' races aren't publicly confirmed, similar cases nationwide suggest troubling patterns:

Defendants of color often face harsher charges than their white counterparts.

Family Influence: Did Connections Impact Charges?

Allegations suggest Alexandra Reagan's family ties to law enforcement may have influenced her case. With relatives potentially close to prosecutors or investigators, questions arise: Did family connections soften her charges compared to co-defendant Daniel Jones?

Alexandra Reagan's case exposes disturbing questions: Does justice depend on race, family ties, or prosecutorial discretion? Delaware County must confront these inequalities.

According to Delaware County Sheriff's Office reports (2020), Black residents were:

* 2.5 times more likely to be stopped by police than White residents
* 3.8 times more likely to be arrested

Muncie Police Dept data (2020) shows:

* Black people comprised 27% of arrests despite being only 12% of population

Muncie, does anyone know who this woman is? You can inbox me if you don't wanna post it publicly.

This woman was at Aldi on Madison St. Friday night around 7:30 pm.
She stole 3 containers of Tide pods. She had 4 but the cashier got one back..She told her to pay for them but just walked out 😡
She has done this before. If anyone knows who she is please contact Aldi. Employees cannot post on fb. I happened to be shopping so I can.
Such a shame 😢
