We would like to thank Greek's Pizzeria for donating pizza to feed our Mental Touughness participants today! We have officially completed Mental Toughness for our 7th Muncie YouthBuild Cohort!

Eastern Indiana Works and Grace Beauty College were excited to hold a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the announcement of the Cosmetology and Barber Apprenticeship program. This program gives individuals the opportunity to gain paid, hands on training while completing their education. We're excited to see where this pathway goes.

On Friday, we had the honor of celebrating the students of our sixth graduating class from the Muncie YouthBuild Program!

After six months of dedicated hard work in advancing their education and skills in the construction field, our students are now ready to step confidently into their futures. We’re incredibly grateful to have been a part of their journey!

A big thank you to our partners for their invaluable contributions, dedication, and leadership, as well as to the friends, family, and loved ones who came to support our graduates.

Last week, we helped prepare our YouthBuild students by hosting mock interviews! These practice sessions gave students a better idea of what to expect during a real interview and helped build their confidence!

Last Friday, we celebrated the Youth Build participant's hard work and had Shawn Beaty from Laborers Local #1112 as a guest speaker to present their career opportunities.

Our new cohort is making great progress as they finish one of their houses! Right now, they’re putting in the flooring and adding the final touches. It’s exciting to see how far they’ve come and how much they’ve learned during the program!

Today, we celebrated our cohort 5 participants' successes in their development in work readiness and educational goals! We also had the pleasure of having Shawn, President of Laborers Local #1112 present about the opportunities they can offer our participants upon graduation or down the road.
