The City of Muleshoe and the Muleshoe Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) are excited to promote the Façade & Sign Grant Program! 🌟

Are you a local business owner looking to spruce up your storefront, upgrade your signage, or improve your building’s curb appeal? This program may be just what you need!

💰 Eligible businesses may receive reimbursement of up to $6,500 toward approved exterior façade and signage improvements!

✨ Eligible projects may include:
🪧 New or updated business signage and lighting
🎨 Exterior painting, cleaning, or siding
🏬 Awnings and canopies
🏛️ Restoration of historic architectural details
🌼 Window boxes and other eligible exterior enhancements

📍 Who can apply? Commercial property owners and commercial tenants located within Muleshoe city limits may apply, subject to program requirements. Tenants must have written approval from the property owner.

📋 How does it work? Applicants must submit an application, project plans, and cost estimates for MEDC review and approval. Do not begin work before receiving approval and a Notice to Proceed—projects started too early will not qualify for reimbursement.
