🚒 Calling All Soldiers Living Off Post Near Fort Knox! 🇺🇸
The Meade County Firefighters & Chiefs Association invites soldiers stationed at Fort Knox who live off post to consider joining their local Volunteer Fire Department.
Our volunteer departments proudly serve the communities surrounding Fort Knox, and we are always looking for dedicated individuals who want to give back and make a difference. Many of the skills you already possess through your military training—teamwork, leadership, discipline, and emergency response—translate directly to the fire service.

All training is provided at no cost
Most departments offer a per-run cash reimbursement
Gain valuable emergency response and leadership experience
Training and certifications can help prepare you for post-military career opportunities, including careers in fire service, EMS, emergency management, and public safety
