โ€œHow has your Teen Court experience helped to lay the foundation for where you are today?โ€

Through her early involvement in Teen Court, Parmie Dean gained firsthand insight into the justice system and the power of peer-led accountability. This formative experience instilled in her a deep respect for fairness, empathy, and restorative practices and shaped her dedication to ethical leadership and advocacy.

Today, Parmie serves her community through education, athletics, and service-driven initiatives. She is the founder of the Radiating Flames Foundation, a nonprofit that promotes youth participation in sports and the arts, and the owner of FYRE Timing Systems LLC, which provides professional timing services and custom creations for athletic events. For the past three years, she has worked as an elementary school teacher and track coach, helping young people develop confidence, discipline, teamwork, and personal responsibility.

The principles Parmie cultivated through Teen Court continue to guide her work with youth and her broader community efforts. She remains focused on creating supportive environments that encourage growth, accountability, and long-term success, empowering young people to learn from their mistakes and reach their full potential.
