Some stations have ghost stories. Ours is still writing them. 👻🚒

As the ghosts and goblins take to the streets tonight, remember to stay visible, watch for trick-or-treaters, and have a safe and spooky Halloween! 🎃🌙

Happy Halloween from your Mukilteo Firefighters, IAFF Local 3482!

This week, two of our members attended the PNW Fire Conference, taking advantage of opportunities to learn, grow, and sharpen their skills! 🔥

FF Suttles attended the Leadership Academy, focusing on leadership development and growth within the fire service. Meanwhile, FF David participated in hands-on training with Seattle Fire Rescue 1's Forcible Entry and 4 Brothers Training Responders vs. Machinery courses.

From the classroom to the training ground, continuing education allows our members to bring new knowledge, skills, and perspectives back to our department.

The water rescue program is moving forward for the Mukilteo Fire Department. Our members did pool and open water training last week. They learned the capabilities of the equipment and how to move in the current. They ran several scenarios to see how all the training would come together. Huge shout out to Snohomish Regional Fire & Rescue for providing the training, personnel and equipment.
