Governor Bob Ferguson signed an Executive Order today that helps normalize the conversation around perimenopause and menopause in Washington State. We are proud to have President Sarai Childs representing us on this important issue.

We applaud Washington State for bringing greater awareness to an issue that impacts many employees and families. We appreciate this is not a mandate for employers; it helps elevate an important conversation.
