MercyWatch provides homeless outreach and street medicine to the marginalized and outcast in Snohomish County. Our mission is to sow new life, hope and peace through a commitment to be present to those on the streets stuck in addiction, mental health crisis and poverty, and to work with them for a better future.

MercyWatch is proud to be a member of the National Association of Free Clinics with our all-volunteer medical (and non-medical) outreach team.

Every year, over 200,000 volunteers contribute their time to help approximately 2 million patients at America's 1,400 Free and Charitable Clinics and Pharmacies.
