Congratulations to Chad James, our very own Nourishing Network Director of Operations, who graduated from Leadership Snohomish County last week! Chad joins Deborah Brandi, our Executive Director, as LSC Alumni as she graduated in 2005 and served as an LSC executive board member for six years from 2005-2011. Chad and Deborah have become one of the first multi-generational family graduates from LSC!

Today in ten words: EQUITY-DRIVEN. LONG-LASTING. ADAPTIVE. EMPATHIC. SINCERE. FORWARD-THINKING. COMMUNITY-CENTERED. CATALYTIC. THOUGHTFUL. EFFECTUAL.

We couldn’t even do it without using hyphenated words. I’m not sure how we thought capturing a day like today in only ten photos would be possible. Even 100 photos wouldn’t be enough to convey the magic of this amazing cohort and their Impact Projects.

This often overlooked component of LSC takes place largely outside of our monthly education days. This year, we tried out a new approach and the 13 projects that this class adopted were 1000% “Impact-ful”. We can’t wait to share more about them at the Signature Program Graduation on May 21st!!
