From 9 a.m. to noon, cruise around Mt. Washington from yard sale to yard sale in search of something you didn't even know you needed. With 35+ sales (!!) happening all around the neighborhood, you never know what treasures you’ll find!

Join your neighbors for the MWIA Community Yard Sale Day on Saturday, July 18 from 9-12.

Clean out your closets, garage, or basement, set up a sale in your yard or driveway, and welcome bargain hunters from across the community. The more homes that participate, the bigger and better the event!

July 4th Event is still on!!!

Due to the hot weather, the following event modifications have been made:

Activities will move into shaded areas when possible.

Performances and remarks will be abbreviated.

Arrive at 10am as we may finish early.

The parade portion of the event is cancelled and will not take place.

Please be sure to:
Check the forecast and use your best personal judgement about spending time outdoors.

Stay hydrated and bring plenty of water.

Wear sunscreen, a hat, and light clothing, and consider bringing an umbrella for shade.

Please leave pets at home for their comfort and safety.
