One local mom facing breast cancer shared that one of her biggest concerns wasn't herself — it was her son.

She told us, "I want him to be able to continue with karate so he has something for himself. A way to step away from what's going on with me."

Because of the support of our community and the success of fundraisers like our Summer Cash Giveaway, Help The Fight was able to help make that happen.

Every ticket purchased helps us provide real-time support to local breast cancer patients and their families — from rent, utilities, and transportation to the everyday expenses that can quickly become overwhelming during treatment.

🎉 THE WHEEL LANDED ON HELP THE FIGHT! 🎉

We are thrilled to share that Help The Fight was awarded the $5,000 Grand Prize at the Solomon Organization's Give A Chance Event!

We are incredibly honored, humbled, and grateful for this opportunity. Over the past several weeks, our supporters showed up in an amazing way — voting daily, sharing our posts, encouraging friends and family to participate, and helping spread our mission throughout the community. Your support made this possible, and we truly cannot thank you enough.

This generous gift will directly support local individuals and families facing breast cancer, helping provide financial assistance for everyday expenses such as rent, utilities, transportation, insurance payments, groceries, and more while they undergo treatment.

A very special thank you to the The Solomon Organization for hosting such an incredible event and giving local nonprofits the opportunity to participate. We were absolutely thrilled when the wheel landed on Help The Fight! The event was beautifully organized, and we are so grateful to have been part of it.

Throughout the evening, several people asked us how we had earned so many votes. Our answer was simple: we have an incredible community of supporters. This organization is powered by people who believe in our mission, share our stories, attend our events, volunteer their time, and show up when we need them most. Tonight's win is a reflection of that support.
