Next time on the NX Discovery

The federation has taken it first steps into the wide galaxy, but rifts are already beginning to form. As the races argue amongst themselves starfleet must do all it can to stop the alliance breaking before it has even begun, but all is not as it seems. Other eyes are watching the federation, and they want to destroy it before it can threaten them.

With the Kzinti claiming the colony and the planet it rests on the Discovery is forced to retreat. But all is not lost as the crew of the NX-04 Discovery make ready a daring plan to return and rescue the colonists from the violent clutches of their captors.
