Your trust in Sadagaat helped provide the meat of 609 calves and 166 sheep to vulnerable families across Sudan.

Because of your Udhiya, 155,570 people were able to share the joy of a fresh meal with their loved ones this Eid.

To our Sudanese community around the world — and to every heart that still remembers Sudan:

This Eid, millions of families in Sudan are facing hunger, displacement, and unimaginable hardship. Parents are struggling to feed their children. Entire communities are surviving with almost nothing.

Yet even through pain, the people of Sudan continue to hold onto faith, dignity, and hope.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy are just like one body. When one limb suffers, the whole body responds with sleeplessness and fever.”

The Prophet ﷺ said: “There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days”. But it breaks the heart to know that while we are chasing blessings, families in Sudan are just trying to survive.
