I saved the best for last!

Introducing Winx, a stunning 17-18 year old grade qh mare with fancy rabicano coloring.

Winx stands 14.2, and with her short back and somewhat petite build, she's a nice size for a smaller woman or teen rider.

Winx is very well trained under saddle, and has a good "handle" to her. She moves well off of both leg/seat pressure as well as light in the bridle. She does neck rein as well.
She can have a goid bit of nervous energy, and she does like to get out and GO, so a confident intermediate rider would probably be the best fit for her!

I've personally been riding this mare off and on for the last 6 months. She rides well in the arena as well as on trails. Really prefers to ride with other horses, but she will ride out alone with no funny business.
On the ground Winx is easy to handle. Fly sprays, bathes, blankets, stands for the farrier perfectly. Sometimes paws when tied, but doesn't do anything worse than that. Trailer loads and unloads with no issue.
Overall quiet, calm and willing disposition!
She is very good in a stall, but prefers full turnout with open stall access (I only stall at feeding time usually here).

Winx is MISSING AN EYE, but has been that way for quite awhile, and isn't really bothered by it or spooky on that side.

She has had recent chiropractic, farrier, utd on dental, dewormer, Vax, etc.

I've overall enjoyed having this mare for over half a year here, but she's ready to find her forever family now!!

Where are my Arabian lovers?
Amara is a beautiful 13/14 year old grade (as far as I know) Arabian mare, standing 15 hands.
Pretty girl is full of life and absolutely LOVES to run! Smart, willing, friendly. Loves attention, and of course treats!
She can be hit or miss as to whether she will stand to be caught or throw her tail up in the air and run a few laps....... but not horrible to catch even out on large pasture.
She handles well on the ground; respectful of your space, leads well, ties fine, trailer loads and unloads, good for the farrier.
She is broke to ride for a confident rider that isn't afraid to get out and GO a bit.
She will walk just fine...... but doesn't want to be constantly held back either.
Amara is an absolutely beautiful mover, and is fully sound to my knowledge!
NOT spooky or crazy!
Very well used to cows, 4 wheelers, tractors, dogs. Low end of herd pecking order, and gets along well with any other horses I've put her in with.

Utd on Vax, dewormer, farrier, dentist, coggins, etc

***Tawney has been ADOPTED! ***

Absolutely gorgeous senior qh type (grade) mare seeking her forever family!
Tawny was purchased recently by a friend through a local auction as being a 16 year old, but after a visit to the dentist it was determined she is actually in her early 20s....... and unfortunately had to have quite a few rotten teeth pulled.
Tawny will need a diet of soft feed (currently 8 cups of proforce senior plus a full bucket of soaked alfalfa/beet pulp/rice bran) from hereon out!
The person who purchased her is not able to do that, hence why she is up for rehoming.
PLEASE BE REALISTIC AND COMMITTED ON YOUR ABILITY TO FEED THIS WAY BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS MARE!!!

Besides for the dental issues....... this mare is awesome!!
She is gentle and likes attention. Usually easy to catch, even out on pasture (occasionally she runs from the halter for a minute or 2). She ties nicely, trailer loads and unloads without fuss. Stands to be tacked up.
Bathes, blankets, fly sprays with no problem. Great for the farrier.
Not spooky, not hot, not a deadhead either!
Measured at 14.3 hands

Under saddle she rides a little rusty...... as if it's been a while since she was ridden regularly.
But she rides WELL.
W/T/L with no issues, never offered to do a single thing "bad" for myself or for my 10 year old son.
Crosses water, goes through brush, rides out away from the other horses, leads or follows.
I think she would benefit from a little tuneup by a more experienced rider....... but then seems to be a good girl that about anyone could get along with!

Tawny has been vaxxed, dewormed, had her teeth floated, feet trimmed, a visit with the chiropractor recently.
She does appear completely sound (to my knowledge) with no maintenance.

She's looking for her "happily ever after" home committed to seeing her through her golden years, even once she's no longer "useful", whenever that day comes!

She's an absolute favorite here!!

This handsome boy has spent the winter with a wonderful foster, but he's more than ready to find his FOREVER home!

Meet Houdini, the friendliest, nosiest, has to check out EVERYTHING and everyone kind of horse on the place!
Houdini is a 6 year old Poa/Gypsy x (allegedly) gelding.
Stands 13.2 hands
He is smart, sound, fancy mover, LOVES people!!
You don't have to worry about "catching" Houdini! If he sees you in the pasture...... here he comes looking for treats or attention!!

Houdini also ties, trailer loads and unloads, stands well for a patient farrier (he's a little nervous, but never offered to do a thing "bad).
He fly sprays, stands to have his fly mask put on daily, blankets and bathes with just a little patience and encouragement.
REALLY, this horse will do about ANYTHING for you with a little patience and encouragement!!!
He is allegedly broke to drive as per a previous owner. He is NOT actually broke to ride, but has had a rider on his back with no fuss, and was ridden at the lot I pulled him from and did GREAT!

Houdini is NOT going to be one of those horses you just throw out to pasture 90% of the time!!
He is MISSING AN EYE, and that eye was removed specifically because he had inoperable Squamous Cell Carcinoma covering over 1/3 of it when I got him!!
It is IMPERATIVE that Houdini wear a uv flymask whenever he is out in the sun!!!
He may also need some sort of uv protection on his nose and possibly other body parts as well throughout the summer, though is currently not having any issue without.

Houdini is a little nervous currently on his newly blind side, but is adjusting well and getting better every day. He is naturally NOT a spooky horse in personality and that helps a ton.
He gets along with about everyone in a mixed herd, but can be a little possessive of mares in season.
I do think he would be BEST in a "boys only" herd (though he's been fine in a mixed herd most of his life).
Highly prefers full turnout with barn or shelter access, but stalls ok as needed.

Houdini is a young and very active horse. He LOVES to run and play in the pasture, and would probably do best with another young horse and/or an active and engaged human.
He LOVES to fiddle around with anything he can find; his flymask (once he's gotten it off), a random halter, the "stuff" out of a farrier bag...... anything is a potential toy!!

Though he is kind, sweet, gentle...... he would NOT be a good fit for a beginner child, grandma, or anyone not confident around horses AT THIS TIME!
WITH APPROPRIATE TRAINING and lots of wet saddle blankets, he does have a personality that might make him one of those horses....... but he is currently young, green, and adjusting to vision loss.

Houdini is pretty special to me, so best fit of a forever home going to be very important!!!

***Hattie and Maddie have found their forever family!! ***

Who needs a super sweet pair of halflingers??

These babies were recently pulled from a kill pen, in absolutely AWFUL condition.
They are just finishing their 30 day qt (no sickness), have been powerpacked plus a round of dectomax. Teeth floated. And they've both gained SUBSTANTIAL weight and condition here!
I don't typically adopt out horses until they are "all the way" in good shape....... but these girls have had everything done to set them up for success already. Not really any reason they couldn't go ahead and go to a forever family willing to continue their feeding regiment sooner rather than later!

As per their previous owner, Hattie and Maddie are mother/daughter. They've been a driving pair their entire lives, though they are perfectly happy to let kiddos ride.
They are SUPER friendly. Extremely easy to handle. Great to blanket, bathe, fly spray. They tie well, trailer load/unload well, etc
Only "quirk" or bad behavior I've noted is that they sometimes paw the gate at feeding time 🙄🤣. They are understandably VERY food motivated, lol.

Previous owner thought the girls should be 16/19. My equine dentist thinks more like 20/23.
Hattie is a little sore/off in her hind end, but NOT "lame". She had apparently fallen and been stepped on in a crowded trailer prior to my getting her, and that could be the cause. Prior owner insists she had been sound before he sold her just recently.
Vet did not find anything obviously wrong; no swelling, heat, obvious issues. I haven't been able to get a chiropractor out as of yet.

Past that, both seem to be sound! Both have gained easily 200 lbs over this last month, but both will need probably another 150 lbs yet to go.

I don't believe these girls need to be put into "heavy work" ever again....... but they'd love a semi retirement where they could maybe teach beginners to drive, pull around a cart or wagon sometimes, or just have kiddos to enjoy a pair of gentle ponies!
Both girls are extremely outgoing, brave, careful. I'd trust them with tiny kids or handicapped individuals as much as I'd ever trust ANY living creature with a mind of its own!

They've had LOTS of exposure here to 4 wheelers, bikes, tractors, kids of all ages, sheep (including brand new lambs), alpaca, goats, cows, construction noise in close proximity.
They've never so much as batted an eye over ANYTHING!!

These sweethearts are located in mountain view Arkansas.
They are looking for a great home committed to being their "forever family"!!

***Aurora has found her forever family! ***

The prettiest girl on the place is starting the search for her forever family!

Aurora is a 13-14 year old Halflinger/qh x.
She stands around 14.3, and is nice and stocky. Very well built girl!

Aurora is not only gorgeous, she's friendly, seems to genuinely love people, and is well behaved for just about anybody!
Good with her feet, bathes, fly sprays, ties quietly, trailer loads and unloads with no fuss.
She is gentle under saddle (or ridden ba****ck), though doesn't really "know anything fancy".
She is said to drive as well, but I haven't personally tried her with that.

Now for the "BAD"........
Aurora is NOT FULLY SOUND at this time!!
She has PREVIOUSLY FOUNDERED and has had pretty nasty subsequent hoof abcesses sometime in the past (circumstances unknown), and also has a bit of arthritis? in her pelvis.
She is currently working on corrective trimming to slowly get her feet back into shape.
She is on Equiox currently to help her stay comfortable, and also is on a joint supplement (osteomax) daily. She has had chiropractic, and would do best with continued chiropractic periodically!

Aurora needs someone familiar with (or willing to become familiar with) the rehabilitation and care of a previously foundered horse!
She will most likely need to be drylotted at least a good part of the year as well.

For the time being, Aurora seems fine to pack around light riders for very short rides (like around the pasture). She may very well be capable of lots more once her feet are in better shape....... but I cannot guarantee that will be the case!
She would also make a great therapy horse, or a friendly companion for another horse that has to be drylotted. Aurora is very low in herd pecking order, and seems to get along well with just about everyone!!

This girl is another that I'd REALLY like to keep....... but I just can't claim them all 🙄😜🤣

Utd on farrier, dentist, chiropractic, Vax, dewormer, etc

***Shelby has found her forever home!! ***

The prettiest project in town is ready for her forever family to take her home and train her!!
Meet Shelby, a 6 year old blm mustang out of the coveted Sulpher Springs herd 🥰
Shelby stands 13.3. She is quite the fancy mover, and appears to be sound.
Very vocal at feeding time, and very curious about anything or anyone new.
That being said, Shelby has typical "stranger danger" when it comes to people she dies not know handling her!
I can catch her fairly easily in a pasture setting and lead her with just a haystring. But she's not likely to let "just anyone" lay a hand on her.
She does best with calm, quiet handling from an individual invested in earning her trust.
She would NOT likely do well with an impatient "get 'er done" type approach!!
Shelby is gentle and kind by nature.
She is halterbroke, ties, trailer loads. Not the greatest for the farrier just yet....... but will do ok with a patient farrier willing to work with her and gain trust a little bit before just nipping away.
A previous owner of this sweetheart stepped up to say that she has had basic round pen work and has been saddled/took a rider on leasline several years ago...... but absolutely no idea what she has been doing since then.
At this time, Shelby is being adopted out as a "traing project" that will need a COMPLETE RESTART by an EXPERIENCED mustang trainer!!
Shelby is free and clear by blm, utd on Vax, dewormer, etc.
She is very respectful of fencing, and not terribly "flighty" by nature.

I had actually picked out this big gorgeous creature as a keeper for myself...... but although we all genuinely love her...... she just isn't the right fit for our family.
SO, meet Eclipse:

Absolutely stunning 2012 model Dutch Harness mare seeking a more appropriate/better fit of a home!
We got Eclipse a little over 2 months ago, and though we all adore her here....... she's a lot more horse than we need!

Eclipse stands right at 16 hands. LOVES attention, easy to catch and handle. She leads with even just a haystring, ties well, trailer loads and unloads well, bathes, flysprays (not a huge fan, but doesn't freak out either). Stands perfectly for the farrier.
She has primarily been a driving horse, but takes a rider as well (she's a bit green under saddle).

Eclipse lives out on pasture in a mixed herd currently, but is stalled for feeding and does fine in her stall. She is a more dominant mare in the herd, but once she got settled in no fighting and she's NOT a bully!

Though she has excellent ground manners, this mare does try and test you a bit here and there. She WOULD NOT do well for a beginner or a timid handler! Absolutely NO kick, bite, buck, etc and no meanness or I'll will towards people since I've known her.

This mare has a LOT of GO to her, and she's pretty bold. We call her our Warhorse, lol.
I'm well into my middle aged years and really need a chill horse that wants to mosey along on trails while I chat with my friends, and that my 9 year old child could handle under saddle.
And Eclipse just isn't and isn't going to be THAT!!

Looking for a great home that's a great fit for HER!

***Jedi has been ADOPTED! ***

Looking for something big and fancy to raise up and start your own way?
Perhaps Jedi is just the boy for you!

Jedi is just a YEARLING grade Dutch harness c**t. This boy is going to be HUGE!!
VERY fancy mover!
Jedi is halterbroke and wants to be gentle, but he is a bit on the nervous side. He does best with slow, calm, patient handling.
He will NOT be a good fit for a beginner or for a "first training project" type, but has the potential to really be something special with the right training!

Jedi came here with a soft tissue injury to a hind fetlock, but it's almost completely healed now and he moves out totally sound on that leg.

He is said to be a gelding, and I see/feel nothing "down there" to indicate otherwise.
I have been fooled with young c**ts before though. He has been dewormed and will be vaccinated before he leaves for his new home.
His feet look ok, but he will need a bit more work before he is ready to stand for a farrier.

Meet Oliver, a sweet and handsome black rabicano Arabian gelding looking for his forever family!
Oliver stands 13.3 hands, and is estimated to be 18 years old.
He is easy to catch, ties patiently, trailer loads and unloads without hesitation.
Great for baths, flyspray. Fine with clippers. No problem at all for the farrier. Stands quietly for his flymask, blanket, or to be tacked up!

Oliver was said to have been used in a lesson program previously, but I'm not sure how true this really is or is not.
Under saddle he rode well, but a bit rusty. He came in with terribly overgrown feet (which now look good after a couple trims!), and I suspect he's had a good few years off recently.

He is sensitive and light in the bridle, and wouldn't likely appreciate a heavy handed or rough rider.
I believe he would be great for a gentle, soft handed child or small adult WITH A LITTLE TUNEUP!

Oliver is utd on Vax, dewormer, farrier. He is generally an easy keeper, but did lose a good bit of weight (which he is steadily gaining back) after a recent illness.

He is VERY low in herd pecking order and prefers to be fed separated or in a stall so he doesn't get bullied.
No other "special needs" to my knowledge.

*** Classy has been ADOPTED! 🥳 ***

This beautiful girl has been posted for several months on this page already, but I feel like she's so far down that nobody is seeing her!!
So here she is again with more recent pictures:

Classy is a wonderful 15 year old Arabian/Morgan x mare that stands around 14.3.
She is overall a good girl, though she does have an opinion on just about everything, lol. And sometimes a bit of spicy redhead attitude 🤪

Classy is generally very easy to catch. She loves treats of any kind and craves human attention.
She has great ground manners; easy to handle on the ground, ties without pulling back (she has been known to throw a little fuss when she feels like she should be done), trailer loads and unloads with no problem. Easy to bathe, blanket, fly spray etc. Great for the farrier.

Under saddle Classy likes to get out and stretch her legs a bit, then is pretty low key. She stands quietly to be saddled and mounted. Rides ba****ck or saddled. Sidepull, sniffle bit or just a halter; she's fine.
Though I've let my more of a beginner son on her following me or another horse with zero issues, Classy needs more of a calm confident rider as her primary because she really gleans confidence from her rider!
She gets frustrated with muddy cues, and has little tolerance for a harsh impatient rider. Which I don't blame her for one bit, lol.

Classy will lead or follow out on trails, not really spooky in general. She will cross water, go through brush and ride down the road just fine.
She is currently reluctant to ride off on her own...... but she WILL with a little gentle encouragement!
She is supposed to be well broke to drive as well....... but I do not have the equipment to try her with that myself.

Classy is a "top dog" in the herd, and she can be a little scrappy until she settles in. Once herd pecking order is established, she's great and does not continue to start in with other horses.

This girl unfortunately is a CRIBBER, not a chewer, but a true windsucker.
She mostly cribs when she is anxious or upset about something, for attention (she will crib and then just look at you...... like "so are you coming to do something with me NOW"?!, or sometimes after eating her grain.
This has been a long time habit for her as evidenced by her teeth, and not likely she's easily going to drop it.
If the cribbing will drive you nuts....... probably best to choose another horse!!

Classy has been treated for possible ulcers, utd on Vax, dewormer, farrier, dentist.
She is an easy keeper and has no special needs at this time ❤️
