Tourniquets and other medical supplies were delivered successfully. I have a report from one base and confirmation that another shipment was delivered to the hospital. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a photo report from the hospital. According to the report they are not allowed to get a donations from volunteers…. Sad, but looks like a truth.

It feels like a “daylight savings tax” has been levied on us – instead of 24 hours, we’re left with only about 16. I can’t otherwise explain this chronic lack of time! This is precisely why we haven’t posted anything new since the beginning of the year.

But please don’t think for a second that nothing has been happening! During this time, we hosted a charity evening at the gallery and raised funds. We also sent 40 tourniquets, bandages, and other wound care supplies to Ukraine.

Then, in early June, we shipped 50 more tourniquets, along with 6 intraosseous access devices (NIOs), and various ointments for wound care and anti-inflammatory medications, specifically requested by Ukrainian doctors.

We’re still working hard, still supporting Ukraine, and we truly believe in its swift victory!

I know that our shared wish has remained unchanged since 2014 and has grown stronger since 2022. We are hoping that the New Year will bring much-desired peace and justice. And meanwhile, let’s try to celebrate life, cherish our friends and family, and try to participate in saving people’s lives.
