I was losing every thing before. My mental health and physical health were never great. was This made it hard to keep a job and to even think I had a future, to
keep fighting for. I was facing homelessness and thinking my only option was to be on disability. But at BHC in West Plains someone had a number For Kingdom Life Recovery a working ministry program. So I called, and on the phone and they explained that it is a tough program and that it is a working ministry, at this point I was just ready for anything. When I decided that I needed this place, it was like a light came on and everything just felt like it was right. From day one I had no uncomfortable feelings here, I just felt like I fit in. God brought me through alot to get me here. So, I decided to just surrender and do what God was putting in front of me. God has brought me
from practically nothing to having a full time job
and gave me the skills to keep it. He has helped
me understand my own mental boundaries and how to overcome them. Thank all of you in leadership you for all you have done for me. Through you letting God
work through you guys. I have over come
alot in just a year and few months.

Corey is selfless, sacrificial, faithful, and a true man of God. We are so blessed to have him as part our KLR family 🖤🩶💛

A few of our KLR guys celebrated a huge accomplishment on Thursday, June 4th as they graduated from the Good Dads program 🎉

The Lord has not only transformed their lives during their time in our program but is also transforming their families ❤️ He is raising them up as the godly men and fathers He created them to be- and we are so incredibly proud of them !!

Please partner with us in prayer for Corey,Landon, Nick, and Ethan and their families they continue this journey with the Lord in this season of restoration 🙏🏻

I could have never imagined how closely God and all of his people were watching and waiting...

My name is Nicholas Nguyen and this is a little bit about my family, I, and our journey with God.

In my darkest hour, when all I'd ever hoped for seemed lost, I saw a light. God reached down into the pit of darkness that I was in and with the people. He surrounded me with, pulled me out. Since coming to Kingdom Life Recovery, my life has taken a complete 180° turn from running into darkness, to running towards the light. The devil had his hooks in me, and it would have been so easy just to let it happen, as I always have in my life. But God said not this time! I almost lost my family but through diligently seeking God in everything I do everyday,he has seen fit to give them back to me. My relationship with God has improved, and thus so has my relationship with my wife and in that,also my relationship with my children. My family and I have attended Ava Assembly of God for almost three whole years now and they have helped us all to see what the love and grace of God truly looks like. God used Ava Assembly and Kingdom Life as a hedge of protection around my family and I to bring us all back into the light. Through all of it God has changed so much in my life. He's taught me patience, kindness, how to lead by serving, and God also gave me the strength to get and remain sober and to quit smoking. God is so good and I can't wait to see what other extraordinary changes happen in my life as I follow him and seek his face everyday. I thank God everyday for counting me worthy of spending so much time on and with.

The KLR Community Night is this Friday, May 1st at the Ava Assembly God Church 🖤💛🩶

We will gather for a meal and fellowship at 5:30 pm (in the church basement) followed by worship and a testimony of His mighty power and unending faithfulness at 6:30 pm (upstairs in the sanctuary)🔥🙌🏻 👑
