Hello everyone, this page is dedicated in memory of John Anthony "Beno" Borzell, a 2007 Summa Cum Laude Wyoming Area graduate and a 2011 Magna Cum Laude Wilkes University graduate. Beno was a true Warrior in every sense of the term; a devoted son and brother, an extraordinary student-athlete, and a loyal friend. Following his tragic passing on September 3rd, 2011, family and friends contribute to a scholarship fund in his honor. The "Drive for Excellence" Golf Tournament is held each year in his memory. The event, now in its 11th year, has raised over $215,000 to date for scholarships and facilities that benefit students at Wilkes University and Wyoming Area High School.
