We were very fortunate to have Mrs Winnie Cheng as our Middle School art teacher this year. As part of Open House Night, she created a mini art show filled with our Panthers' work. I tried my best to create a mini video of that art show.

Hey everyone! Marie Luciano here — head of the 8th Grade Dance Committee and your 2025/2026 PTA VP/Treasurer.

Though this wasn’t a PTA hosted event I wanted to share with our families since so many of our PTA members helped! May 22nd was our 8th Grade Altamont Panthers Dinner Dance, and the kids had an amazing time! This year’s theme was Enchanted Forest, so we brought out all the twinkle lights, greenery, and magical details to help create a special experience for them. They left with smiling faces and to top it off they ALL danced the night away!

Thank you to all of our Altamont Teachers & Staff who helped the day of with logistics and chaperoning. Also a huge shoutout to all of the amazing volunteers/families who helped make this night possible with donations or giving your time to help. Open House is this Thursday at 5:00 pm. This is such a great opportunity for families to visit their student's class(es) and see all that they have done this school year. 🏫

🍩DONUT FORGET!🍩 Donuts with Grown Ups is on Friday! Families are invited to enjoy donuts and juice with their Panther from 7:30 - 8:00 am in the MPR. We hope to see you there!

Happy Friday! Today was the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week! Each teacher & staff got to select a ‘blind date with a book’ for some summer reading! 📖

To end the day, everyone enjoyed ice cream sundaes with the toppings served by some of our Panthers (Zoey, Mimi, Remy and Maci)! 🍒
