Guardians Of the Children Sulphur River Chapter We are a non-profit motorcycle organization who are advocates for abused children and their families. We also educate the public about abuse.

MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Guardians of the Children is to recognize and react to child abuse and educate the public to do the same; to serve as advocates to provide strength and stability to families in crisis; and be an answer to the prayer of an abused child or teen for courage, support, and protection. WHAT WE DO:
We serve as a public benefit organization. Our vision is to improve the quality of life in our community by educating the public and making them aware of the steps to take in order to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the reality of child abuse. GOC is a Biker Organization also dedicated to protecting the victims of child abuse. Our alliances as Bikers allow us the ability to call upon resources that might not generally be available to the public at large. We partner with Children Advocacy Agencies, Victim Assistance Groups and others to raise awareness of the prevalence of child abuse. GOC assist these agencies by being one of many resources available to them and introduce the child into our organization where it has been determined it would be beneficial in order to lend support to their family and at the same time protect that child. Our members share a common goal in that we enjoy the open road on our iron horses and are here to convey an important message; ‘We stand as one prepared to protect this priceless resource’

Banena was one of our first Lil Gs and she just turned 18! We celebrated for her birthday! As she moves into the next chapter of her life we will always be her GOC family! We are proud of the young lady she has become and all of the things she has already accomplished! Our mission is to make a difference in the Lil Gs lives, no one prepares us for the difference they make in our lives. She did just that! Thank you Banena for being a part of our family!!! We love you always!

It's not often we get to honor an agency member in this manner. In our eight years of being, we have never had someone given a road name by a child... Until now. We surprised her this morning with her honorary kutt and LilG back patch. She helps us so much and does a great job! Thank you for all you do TootsieRoll! Welcome to the Guardians family!

Today we celebrated the end of school with our Lil Gs! We had ice cream sundaes and then had a wild and wet water gun fight! President Knuckles led the battle! No one was safe, no one was dry! It's always a blessing to get to watch these kiddos be just that... Kiddos! All the laughter warms our hearts!

Now that school is out, who’s watching out for our kids?

During summer break, children spend more time away from teachers, school staff, and others who may recognize the signs of abuse or neglect. That means it’s up to all of us as a community to help keep kids safe.💙
