We’re incredibly proud to see our Peak Pursuits Backpacking Trips recognized as a finalist for Club Program of the Year! 🏔️💚

Peak Pursuits is about more than reaching the summit. It’s about giving young people opportunities to challenge themselves, build confidence and resilience, develop leadership skills, and discover what they’re capable of in the outdoors.

To be recognized alongside programs making an impact around the world is an incredible honor and a reflection of every young person, staff member, and supporter who has been part of this journey.

Thank you, World Youth Clubs, for this recognition, and congratulations to all of the finalists! Here’s to the adventures still ahead. 🌲🥾

One of my favorite things to hear from a young person is:

"I didn't think I could do that."

And then they do.

Whether it's trying a new activity, making a new friend, getting out on the water, or reaching the end of a challenging day, those moments stick with kids.

🥾 The kid who races to the front of the trail.
🌊 The kid who never wants to get out of the water.
🦅 The kid who notices every bird, frog, and bug.
😆 The kid who somehow makes everyone laugh.
💪 The kid who surprises themselves by doing something they didn't think they could.
