Grateful for such a special evening with Paul and Jon Tazewell - thank you both for sharing your artistry and heart. Hearing how family shapes and inspires a successful costume designer was touching. It was such an intimate and meaningful experience, especially for our young actors, who were able to see firsthand how passion, storytelling, and personal connection come together.
Thanks to all who made this rare opportunity possible.

This two-artist exhibition brings together fine art photography and sculptural woodworking, each rooted in a deep connection to nature.
Through shifting light and landscape, and the organic grain and flowing forms of hand-shaped wood, both artists explore texture, movement, and presence in distinct yet complementary ways. Bridget’s work also includes bold, abstract paintings rich in color and layered texture, offering a dynamic contrast within the exhibition.

We are so thankful for the support of this creative community and everyone who continues to show up for local art.

Bringing Emotion and Humanity to the Stage in To Kill a Mockingbird

In a conversation with WNZR's Eric Brown, Gabrielle Fuller reflects on her theater journey through MTVarts and what it’s been like portraying the complex character of Mayella Ewell in To Kill a Mockingbird.

Performances of To Kill a Mockingbird will take place at the Woodward Opera House on Friday, May 8th and Saturday, May 9th at 7:30 p.m., with a Sunday matinee on May 10th at 2:00 p.m.
